Excellent! Thank you.I had been given some jewelry from a family member which was lovely. However, I couldn't wear it as it wasn't the right size and felt outdated. I saw Larsen online and made an appointment. It was very easy. The lovely Emma put me at ease and she helped me pick out a style of ring that they could make with the stones from the gifted rings. They also helped to restore my engagement ring. Just seeing these experts at work was wonderful to see and the work they completed for me was exquisite. It took time, but all good things do. Absolutely incredible craftmanship and service! I worked with Fleur from the Larsen team to create a custom-designed engagement ring. Both myself and my fiance were incredibly pleased with how it came out! Fleur sent across computer images of the ring design based on our consultation and the final product was exactly as pictured. Not only that, but Fleur worked with me to get international insurance on the ring and helped me to save on GST by getting all of the papers for the Tourist Refund Scheme (as I'm an American and was working in AUS). Would highly recommend Fleur and the Larsen team - the quality and service cannot be matched!

My fiancé and I have had a wonderful experience designing my engagement ring with Fleur.I went in with some idea of what I wanted but I wasn't sure how to finesse it. We visited several other ethical jewellers for initial consults, and had mixed experiences. However since our first consult with Fleur she made us feel at ease and has really journeyed with us through the process of ring design.This has included looking at my Pinterest board ideas, encouraging me to try on different styles to see what I connect with and what suits my hand, finding a stone that I love and quoting within our budget, and being highly responsive to my email queries and design tweaks inbetween consultations.She seems genuinely passionate about creating a lifetime piece that l love and never applied any pressure to upsell us or rush the process.It was also really important to us to go with an ethical supplier, so knowing that all Larsen jewellery is made locally with recycled metal and ethical stone sourcing processes has been a big plus.This has been a really personal process for me and one which I was quite anxious about, but I absolutely love my finished ring and am so grateful to Fleur for her assistance.

We booked the make your own wedding ring experience and we really had the best day. Barrie was a fun and warm introduction at our initial consultation. He patiently guided us through the different types of metals and styles of rings and made us feel like part of the discussion by answering all our questions and helping us decide on the rings based on our preferences and budget. On the day of the ring making, we met Natalie, who led us through the workshop. She was so knowledgeable as well as charismatic. She explained all the processes clearly and made it all very easy to follow along. She encouraged us and made the whole experience as hands on as possible, only stepping in when she could tell we were not confident and even then, still made us feel like we could do it! As we were total beginners, we made a couple mistakes but it all made the experience even more memorable. Natalie also took lots of pictures for us and we celebrated at the end with a bottle of bubbles! I love how our rings turned out, they look so professional, apart from the tiny mistakes that we decided to leave in. Thank you to the team at Larsen for such a great experience, Id recommend them to anyone wanting to create special meaningful jewellery.

Larsen gave us a personal experience with on-point communication, exceptional quality jewellery made for us and access to high quality diamonds, but without the commercial price tag and tiring sales pitches we’d seen elsewhere.We first went there for an engagement ring and went back for both our wedding bands. Jacinta was incredibly knowledgable, especially in comparison to other jewellers we met. She taught us a lot about diamonds without overwhelming us. She listened, took the time to get to know us a bit and gave helpful guidance without being pushy. She took a day or two to source a diamond for us and she nailed the brief, having found a diamond that hit the mark for us in specs and within our budget. The ring was ready within just a few weeks, sooner than we’d expected and the ring is stunning, made really well and holds the diamond securely. We’ve been back since to get both of our wedding bands made, which are beautiful and we’re absolutely thrilled. We’ve already recommended Larsen to a few of our friends.

We had an initial consult to learn about materials and options, and the staff (especially Baz) were incredibly helpful, and didn't push anything onto us. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience to design a ring to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. It looks so beautiful and I am thrilled by how it looks! Alex was a pleasure to deal with, was knowledgeable and patient. My main stone was slightly damaged upon being set and it lost a very small percentage of carat upon being reset. It would have been so easy for this blemish to not be disclosed to me (it was not visible to the eye and my choice to reset it) but as someone in business myself, it is how a business deals with and communicates problems that I respect the most.

I visited a number of jewelers in Brisbane CBD and knew Alex was the right fit on our first meeting. I didn't have a set idea on my ring but knew the style of stones that I liked more than others. Alex is very observant, he showed me a few bands and stones and then drew up a design. He nailed it on his first drawing. When I asked how he came up with the final product he remembered that my face lit up at one of the bands and he just knew where to take the design. I'm SO happy with the final result. My partner and I completed the Wedding Ring Experience in June. Crafting our own wedding rings was an extraordinary experience that will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Under the skilled guidance of Ben, we witnessed our vision come to life, up-cycling sentimental pieces of grandparents jewellery into beautiful bespoke rings.

When I saw the ring selections at Larsen Jewellery, I knew I’d found the right jeweller. The gold was especially vibrant, the rings made to the highest quality and I liked how the lab grown diamonds were made with their environmental impact in mind. Ben was an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped me pick out the right diamond and setting, and I truly felt everyone in his team had a true passion for the craft. The ring I eventually picked for my fiancé was an oval lab diamond with a halo and pave band. The little details like the fishtail settings of the diamonds on the band made it all the more special. We will be going back for our wedding bands.
