After spending a lot of time looking for an engagement ring in the popular stores such as Michael Hill and Bevilles I could not find the right ring I had in mind. I came across Larsen Jewellery online decided to give it a try after seeing all the positive reviews. It was definitely a great experience. Jacinta was very professional and knowledgeable. She understood exactly what I was after folllwing some vague descriptions. She also took the time to explain to me pros and cons of certain structural and design elements I had no idea about. This is the level of service and personilisation you will not get in the common stores. The ring also ended up costing less than initially expected. Would definitely recommend!

If you're looking to get a custom piece of jewellery made, or are just not sure what you are doing, I cannot recommend the team at Larsen Jewellery enough.My first experience with a jeweller (not at Larsen) to get a custom engagement ring made actually put me off getting something made quite a bit. It didn't feel like we were working towards the same thing and I would just be settling rather than getting what I was after.I was recommended Larsen and from the moment the process started it was different. Before my appointment I was already being asked questions to make sure they were ready, and once at my appointment Alex had already done up a beautiful sketch of a ring design based on the details I had provided.It was comfortable, supportive, seamless, it felt like Alex and the team were excited to make something with me and get it to be exactly what I was after or better. I was encouraged to ask questions, make criticisms or suggestions, use whatever materials I originally planned. This is all on top of the advice given with the design for practicality, insurance, safety etc.I will be coming back in future to get wedding bands made and look forward to going through the process again.

I recently had a great experience purchasing an engagement ring through Georgia at Larsen! She was extremely helpful in the design process and diamond acquisition, I highly recommend Georgia and the team for any of your jewellery needs - especially for bespoke engagement rings!

We had been to 2 other jewellers before attending our initial consultation with Jacinta at Larsen, but neither had quite felt right. Larsen was strongly recommended to me by a friend who received a beautiful custom made Harry Potter themed engagement ring over 2 years ago. A colleague at work had also purchased an engagement ring from Larsen. My partner and I felt immediately at ease with Jacinta's warm, genuine and enthusiastic service, and we were able to quickly settle on a ring design and book in a subsequent consultation to decide on the size of the diamond. Jacinta asked me whether I liked flowers and designed a cute little tulip setting for the main diamond. I was very indecisive about the size of the diamond, but Jacinta was very patient and helped me to view the diamonds in different ways to help me make a decision. She helped me to iron out the claw design detail over email as well and sent me updated drawings to make sure I was happy with it.When the ring was ready, my partner and I were meant to go pick up the ring together as we were already engaged, but (luckily as it turned out), Larsen only emailed my partner when the ring was ready. My partner took the opportunity to pick up the ring without my knowledge, and Jacinta played along when I emailed her to ask about the ring. I was then surprised on the weekend by another proposal with the beautiful ring! :D Thanks Jacinta and the rest of the Larsen team for the amazing service, I love my two-toned ring and can't stop looking at it!

The team at Larsen are absolutely fantastic, particularly Alex who helped us. We came to Larsen to have a ring remade from another major jewellery store in Brisbane city and the difference was night and day for a comparable price. The service and advice at Larsen comes from actual jewellers (rather than salespeople). This is essential if having jewellery made, because there are so many things that a layperson doesn’t think of. The quality of the workmanship at Larsen is outstanding and immediately noticeable, and you can feel safe knowing each piece has a lifetime warranty. This also means they have a vested interest in making sure you are happy and it will last. If you’re in the market to have an engagement ring or other special piece made, don’t go anywhere else.

We approached Larsen Jewellers in early September to get an engagement ring made. I wanted to propose on a dive trip to Indonesia in November. When it came to Diamond choices ,my partner was very picky. Larsens bent over backwards to accommodate us, giving us numerous options.In the end my partner found a diamond elsewhere. Larsens did not hesitate to obtain it and made the process very easy. This process also took a few weeks and the window to get the ring made in time was fast closing.I called Larsens 5 days before we departed to see how things were going and was advised that the ring was scheduled to be completed well after we had gone overseas. This was due to our delaying the choice of diamond and sourcing it elsewhere, not due to Larsens.When I explained the situation They literally dropped everything and put a rush on the ring. Five days later I had it in my hand when I got on the flight.I cannot express my gratitude for Larsens patience, helpfulness and overall attitude to us being difficult. Nothing was too much trouble and even though they rushed the final part of building our ring it came out amazing.Thanks to Emma and Louisa and all the team.

My fiancée and I worked with Mimi and Emma to design our semi-matching engagement rings in a sort of vintage style using unplated white gold (we had a bit of trouble finding someone who offered that!). They were both super lovely, warm, polite and friendly, and not at all pushy. Got in touch with Alex to make a custom ring for my (now) fiance and he was great. Even though I wasn't able to attend in person (which is recommended) and probably wrecked his head with emails constantly changing my mind about things he was always so helpful and responsive. He went through everything in detail and explained everything in the process too. I just gave my partner her ring and she thinks it is the most beautiful thing she's ever seen and is now planning to get further jewellery and wedding bands made by them. Alex and his team at Larsen Brisbane were incredible. Alex made the process of selecting a diamond and ring design very easy and hassle free. Alex actually explained the differences between diamonds and has options for every budget. Larson helped me design a custom ring, one of a kind piece that my fiancee can't stop looking at. The craftsmanship and intricacy of the ring are second to none and I can't fault it. The Jewelry makers must be commended! If you're looking at doing something a little better then generic buy off the shelf, then I'd highly recommend Larson Jewelelry.

We approached Emma at Larsen's jewellery to design my engagement and wedding rings and my future husband's wedding ring. The ring workshop is wonderful! Design are all chic and lovely. Alex answered a lot of my questions about making a ring. Making your own rings is definitely making it a special one. I wasn't able to see the ring physically at first place. Georgia was very helpful and patience to accommodate.
