Finding an engagement ring that perfectly captures your personality, tells your love story, features your favourite colour and perfectly fits your budget can seem like an impossible task. Our Bespoke design service offers you the chance to create something completely one of a kind, just like you.

When you book an appointment at Larsen, you’ll sit down with a qualified jewellery designer, not a sales person. Our team are all passionate and highly skilled jewellery designers and experienced bench jewellers who know the trade inside and out. There are no sales commissions and no sales targets. Our focus is creating beautiful pieces that connect with our customers. What this means is you’re never pushed outside of your comfort zone, your ideas and budget are always prioritised, and we know all the best ways to acheive that high end look for a great price. Our team are driven by creativity and connection and love being part of your love stories.

Below is a guide that let’s you know what you can expect from a bespoke appointment.

Step 1.
Explore designs with one of our expert jewellers

It starts with a personal design appointment with a jeweller in our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane studios. If you are interstate, this can be done by phone or email. We have a wide range of designs you can try on for inspiration, or you can bring along pictures or ideas. Our jewellers will listen carefully to your thoughts and ideas, and will guide you through the options.

Step 2.
Select your diamond or coloured gemstone, and the metal

During your appointment, we will show you a range of loose diamonds or coloured gemstones to choose from, and we will illustrate the 4Cs with real diamonds so you can see what different diamond colours and clarities look like. We’ll give you expert unbiased advice and help you choose which diamond, coloured gemstone or metal is best suited for your design and budget.

Step 3.
Visualise your design through sketches or 3D renders

If needed, we’ll do a sketch or 3D computer render to help you visualise what your design will look like. Our 3D computer renders will show the design from different angles and look incredibly realistic. You will be able to modify the design until we arrive at your perfect design.

Step 4.
Your bespoke piece is made in our jewellery studios

Once the design has been finalised, our jewellers begin to work their magic crafting your special piece. Our bespoke pieces are made in our studio workshops in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to the highest standards, and are subject to a thorough quality control process at the end. Our bespoke jewellery pieces are usually ready in 3 to 7 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.
