This is a surprise, Is your packaging discreet?

Yes, your delivery will arrive in an express post bag as the outer visible packaging. We will not include the word ‘jewellery’ in the sender’s name field, but instead simply write Larsen. We do recommend that you choose an address that is secure and private. Please note that we are unable to ship to a PO box.

What If I don’t know my partners ring size?

If you're unsure what size to select and the ring is a surprise, we recommend contacting your nearest studio for assistance by phone or email. We have a few suggestions on how to sneakily measure finger size and we are pretty good at guessing based on photographs too. If the ring is not a surprise, we can offer advice to help you to correctly measure your size. Don’t forget we include one free resize, so you or your partner can come in and get the ring fitted properly. For more information, read our finger size guide.

Does my order come with a guarantee?

Larsen is dedicated to providing high quality jewellery that can be treasured for a lifetime. All our pieces are carefully designed for optimal strength, durability and of course beauty and are carefully crafted by expert jewellers in our Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane studios. Can I speak to someone at the studios about my order?

Of course! Just because you’re ordering online, doesn’t mean you can’t connect with a real jeweller. Whether you’re ordering a custom piece from a studio or ordering from the Larsen Signature range online, our jewellers are always here to support you, answer questions and keep you updated on your order progress. You will have your own personal jeweller that will look after everything you need. Have a question or want to speak to someone?
