Is it safe to buy diamonds online?

All of our diamonds are carefully inspected and assessed by our in-house expert gemmologists, as well as being independently certified by the GIA. Unlike other websites, we only list high quality diamonds that we have personally chosen for optimal brilliance, beauty and sparkle. We don’t include diamonds that don’t meet our standards. So instead of trawling through thousands of listings of questionable quality diamonds, you can be confident that all the hand-picked diamonds on our website are of great quality and value for money.

Where will my engagement ring be made?

All of our engagement rings are custom made to order in our local studios in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane by our own in-house jewellers. As a testament to our exceptional quality, all our engagement rings come with a lifetime guarantee against faults in materials and workmanship.

What is your return policy for online orders?

Is your shipping insured?

Yes, all our packages shipped are fully insured up to the point of delivery and are tracked using Australia Post. We can only ship to residential or commercial addresses and cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. A Signature will be required upon delivery. Please note that once it has been signed for, the insurance period ends, even if someone other than the addressee signs for it, so please choose your delivery address carefully and ensure it is a secure location. What if the ring I buy online doesn't fit?

It’s not always easy to get the size right first go, especially when you’re planning a surprise proposal. Thankfully all our online engagement ring orders feature one free resize within 60 days from order delivery or pickup. Simply contact your local studio to book in a resizing consultation.
