We asked Alex to help us design our engagement ring, and he did an exceptional job. We had a rough idea of the design we wanted, and through thoughtful consultations, he brought our vision to life with a stunning custom design. Alex also helped us choose the perfect diamond that fit within our budget. He did a nice sketch and the Larsen team did renders of what the final result would look like which was great to ensure the design was how we wanted. The final result is absolutely beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier. We’re incredibly grateful for his expertise and the greater Larsen team. We came to Larsen to have a ring remade from another major jewellery store in Brisbane city and the difference was night and day for a comparable price. The service and advice at Larsen comes from actual jewellers (rather than salespeople). This is essential if having jewellery made, because there are so many things that a layperson doesn’t think of. The quality of the workmanship at Larsen is outstanding and immediately noticeable, and you can feel safe knowing each piece has a lifetime warranty. This also means they have a vested interest in making sure you are happy and it will last. If you’re in the market to have an engagement ring or other special piece made, don’t go anywhere else.
