Our Process
Work with our expert jewellers to create a design that reflects your personal sense of style. We can help you turn your ideas into reality, custom making anything from engagement rings and wedding bands to earrings or pendants involving diamonds, coloured gemstones, a mix of metals, engraving and much more. Here are the simple steps involved in our bespoke process.
Step 1.
Explore designs with one of our expert jewellers
It starts with a personal design appointment with a jeweller in our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane studios. If you are interstate, this can be done by phone or email. We have a wide range of designs you can try on for inspiration, or you can bring along pictures or ideas. Our jewellers will listen carefully to your thoughts and ideas, and will guide you through the options.
Step 2.
Select your diamond or coloured gemstone, and the metal
During your appointment, we will show you a range of loose diamonds or coloured gemstones to choose from, and we will illustrate the 4Cs with real diamonds so you can see what different diamond colours and clarities look like. We’ll give you expert unbiased advice and help you choose which diamond, coloured gemstone or metal is best suited for your design and budget.
Step 3.
Visualise your design through sketches or 3D renders
If needed, we’ll do a sketch or 3D computer render to help you visualise what your design will look like. Our 3D computer renders will show the design from different angles and look incredibly realistic. You will be able to modify the design until we arrive at your perfect design.
Step 4.
Your bespoke piece is made in our jewellery studios
Once the design has been finalised, our jewellers begin to work their magic crafting your special piece. Our bespoke pieces are made in our studio workshops in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to the highest standards, and are subject to a thorough quality control process at the end. Our bespoke jewellery pieces are usually ready in 3 to 7 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.
Step 5.
Collect your bespoke piece of jewellery
The most exciting part of all. Come in and see your idea brought to life when you try on your perfect ring for the very first time and take it home.
